Join us for a 10-day intensive exploration of Caribbean agroecology through hands-on learning, farm visits, workshops, lectures, cultural exchange, and direct engagement with local agricultural practitioners.

“Spending my spring break in Cuba was a rewarding soulful experience. I was able to not only learn about the history, culture, and the people of Cuba, but I felt that I was able to keep my hand on the pulse of the Cuban people and the importance of being an Afro-Cuban. The experiences has enriched my knowledge and understanding of the Afro Cuban society”

"Regla Soul is everything they promise and more. I remember being introduced to the opportunity in Spanish class being lured in by the prospect of visiting an afro-ecological farm in Havana, cuba. While this was the day I looked forward to the most every item on our itinerary was so complex and interdisciplinary that although my cohort had a diverse set of majors and concentrations we could all take something away from every visit and conversation. Traveling with Regla Soul is a once in a lifetime opportunity to live as closely with Cubans as possible"

“Tourist vacations typically offer surface-level education and photo-worthy sightseeing. However, our tour with Regla Soul provided a depth of experience that I will never forget. We did not simply point and shoot photos from afar. We spoke intimately with people representing the faces of Cuban history and culture. Our conversations allowed us to understand the source of Cuban pride, resilience, and innovation. I always dreamed of visiting Cuba. I'm so glad that I chose to experience the country and people with Regla Soul”
